CONCEPT: The Venture Alliance is building a national reputation for having the definitive process for screening and assisting growing entrepreneurial companies. TVA has a scalable, patent-pending process that rapidly identifies which companies have the best prospects for success.

As an outgrowth of the TVA process, TVA has seen numerous opportunities to recommend a variety of consulting services aimed at helping our client companies overcome one or more potentially "fatal flaws." Since TVA attracts companies far beyond the scope of just "angel niche" companies, there are numerous types of consulting opportunities with clients that, unlike the start-up entrepreneur, can actually pay for these services.

As a result, TVA would like to develop a network of pre-contracted "preferred consultants" who would be available to perform these services within their expertise when and as TVA finds opportunities for them.
