Once TVA has determined you are ready for a funding, we will meet with you to strategize about the most appropriate action steps.  While you never know what the outcome will be, TVA manages deal flow for investors from seed to public offerings.  The actual funding of your company will depend largely on the amount of capital you are seeking, the stage of development that you company is in, plus condition of the capital markets.  

Our goal is to get you funded!  TVA will also explore opportunities to introduce non-equity capital such as grants, strategic partners and debt.

At your option, TVA will work to represent you with funding sources and/or in preparing due diligence materials.  These services will be provided within TVA’s broker/dealer (currently in formation).  This BD will act as both a finder and placement agent for funding transactions, syndicating deals among Angel groups, conducting M&A / rollups, as well as structuring leases, first position and mezzanine debt in connection with the equity funding.

Innvestors at all levels are much more careful today than during the “bubble” and want to know:

• Everything they can possibly know about your company.
• How you will be profitable and when.
• Who will be there for you with more money after they give you their money if you need it.
• What is your exit strategy.· When and who will be responsible for buying your company so that they can realize a return on investment.

A typical funding event at this point in the TVA process would include, an initial term sheet with deal points, a due diligence period that “takes as long as it takes” and a capital funding transfer with milestones attached to capital disbursements.  Each funding source could add its own variation of this process but a funding event could take place as soon as 30-120 days from the date your application is submitted to TVA.
