The initials “TVA” stand for “The Venture Alliance.” The “Alliance in TVA speaks of our funding partners. TVA recognizes that, without business funding partners, our processes, standards, and support will not achieve our mission which is to get companies funded. The bottom line is that companies need capital to grow and access to the highest caliber sources in the industry!

The Venture Alliance offers a significant value proposition to our funding partners:

            - More opportunities to look at pre-screened, fundable companies           

We allow you to specify the exact parameters you’re looking for in a potentially fundable deal. You can specify industry focus, geographic focus, funding size, stage of company and other key criteria. Our commitment is to only refer “fundable deals” that meet your criteria. TVA’s goal is to become one of your trusted sources of quality deal flow.

Joining the TVA network costs nothing and requires no commitment on your part. If you wish, however, we will always be more than pleased to screen any deal you’d like us to. All that is required is for you to fill out an on-line profile so we can add you to our referral network. We accept profiles from venture capitalists, angel investors, individual angels, investment banks, economic development entities, corporate venture capital firms and any other legitimate funding entity. TVA takes pride in the diversity of funding alternatives we give our clients.

TVA’s referral policy works as follows:

1.          When a company achieves a TVA SCORE and profile that matches that of an Alliance member in our business funding network, that company is flagged as “Funding Ready.”

2.          Alliance partners making referrals to TVA will be continuously apprised of the status of the funding candidates.

3.          “Funding Ready” companies will be referred to appropriate members of the Alliance . If TVA has a pre-existing obligation with respect to a client company (i.e., it was sent to us by another member of the funding alliance) these obligations will be settled before any further action.

4.          Once a referral has been made, TVA Capital will track its progress and, as requested, work with the client to close the deal.
