Building a company from the ground up can be extremely challenging, especially once you realize that you can’t do it all yourself. Invariably, there will come a time when you’re going to need help finding just the right person to fill a crucial role. Our advice is, PLEASE DON’T TRY TO DO THIS WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL HELP!!! It’s too important a decision to leave to amateurs.
Most entrepreneurs fail to consider professional recruiters because they don’t feel they can afford them. However, the truth is, many recruiters will help you IF they (a) believe you have an exceptional opportunity; (b) can see that you are about to get funded and/or (c) know exactly THE person to recruit who will make a difference. It never hurts to ask and, once again, we’ve found some of the best resources in this industry in the business. They are excellent at what they do and, in many cases will take at least part of their compensation in stock. Give them a call and see where it leads.
